Diamond Dog Academy has helped hundreds of owners and dogs build stronger bonds and create more harmonious lives through training. We work with all breeds and dogs ages 8 weeks and up.

We offer In-Home Private Lessons with the aim to help owners achieve their specific goals while meeting each dog’s unique needs.

Regardless of your dogs breed or behavior, with our 15+ years of training experience, we can help you attain the level of obedience and control you desire by teaching you how to utilize our Balanced Approach Training Method, Canine Psychology and Behavior Modification skills!

Basic Programming

Early Puppy Development

This 3-session program offers clients the opportunity to begin training at a significantly lower cost and shorter commitment than either the On or off leash training packages and the ability to purchase additional individual sessions prior to reaching 16 weeks of age if desired at the same reduced cost.

This package helps clients to start with training before behavioral issues or bad habits have had a chance to become deeply ingrained in either the puppy or owners.
Clients will learn about proper handling, potty training, general grooming (ie. bathing, hair brushing, nail trimming, tooth brushing, etc.), feeding routines, appropriate vs inappropriate socialization, crate training, what types of toys to provide and which to avoid.
Additionally, clients that begin with the Early Puppy Development Program will receive an automatic 10% discount on all our other services for the life of their puppy if they move forward with on or off leash training before the puppy reaches 6 months of age.

Weekly Pack Walk

This is a free service available to all clients that have completed the Basic or Advanced training programs.

Clients must sign up a week in advance on-line using their specific DDA Member profile.

Basic On-Leash Training

This program is available to all breeds of dog from 12 weeks of age - 7 years old. The focus of this program is to help clients achieve genuine control through structured interactions and obedience commands.

Advanced Programming

Advanced Off-Leash Training

This program is exclusively for clients and dogs that are looking for more freedom and bigger challenges after completing the Basic on-leash training program.

Refresher Training Program

This program is available to clients that have completed either the Basic On-Leash or Advanced Off-leash training program and are looking for a refresher, or to continue expanding on their skills in new environments or more challenging scenarios. No minimum session requirement, and totally customizable!

Agility/Obstacle Training

This is a monthly class offered only to clients that have completed the Advanced Off-Leash training program and are interested in challenging themselves and their dogs with Agility/Obstacle training for fun or for competition.
